Our next stop was supposed to be Dinosaur National Monument, but when I was looking at the map I saw something about the Flaming Gorge so we decided to make that a stop. I’m glad we did! We didn’t find it at first based on my phone GPS, but Dan asked someone at a gas station, and she gave us better directions. We took the Sheep Creek Geological Loop, then doubled back to see the rest. What beautiful views!
A couple of other things about today’s travels…we’ve seen a lot of wildlife signs on the trip, but we’re not sure what the animal is on the one below. We also saw a cool tow truck!
