Since Dan found his jacket at the Air Force Museum, and we wanted to have enough time at Niagara Falls, AND it was going to be super hot in NYC, we decided to change the plan (again), and were going to head to Niagara Falls. We originally planned on going to Toronto and to drive through Canada to the Falls, but we had already done that in 2016. Dan knew about the falls in Rochester because he loves trains so much and there’s a bridge over the falls, so we stopped there and I’m glad we did. The falls were really cool, the weather was good, and there was no one there. As we were leaving we saw the Genesee Brewery across the street. They had a restaurant with seating viewing the falls, so we decided to eat there. We had the best BBQ chicken, beans, and pretzels….and Dan even bought a souvenir pint glass to drink chocolate milk in. We also stopped at a weird little park area that had a trail through private property under a train bridge.
